1. Return Eligibility

You may return products under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Products must be in resalable condition.
  • The return must include all accessories, manuals, and original invoices.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used items.
  • Custom or special-order products.
  • Expired or close-to-expiry products.
  • Sealed medical or dental products that have been opened due to hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Digital or downloadable products.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return a product, follow these steps:

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the item and packaging for assessment. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
