  • Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit card, PayPal and bank transfer, Payment terms of 30 days are available only after prior agreement with Dentrom Gmbh. The invoice will be issued on the day of delivery or when the goods become available.
  • Price and Payment: All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery within Germany and to other EU countries. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and location. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. Delivery times are subject to change.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be displayed before finalizing your order.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
